Shout out to four-time X- Games Gold Medalist Paul Rodriguez for becoming a collector of TTW! The Reasonable Doubt portrait of Jay-Z has always been one of my favorites and happy to see it hang on P-Rod’s wall. Appreciate the support player!
Head on out to Tradition in the Beverly Center to view more of my work, and next Thursday, I am unveiling my brand new series “80s GAME.”
A team of Stanford scientists have devised a new technique which allows us to see clear three dimensional views of our brains. With this breakthrough, scientists can gain a deeper understanding of neuron mapping and pinpoint the causes of specific brain diseases.
Recently, I met this young couture designer named Judson Harmon who has been killing the fashion game with his wicked company, ØDD, by providing “an editorialized twist on ready-to-wear”. Edgy pieces mixed with high fashion style, at only age 21 this kid is a beast. Can’t wait til I can start rocking these ØDDxPRAXIS leather combat boots. You can check out Judson’s full line at ODD. Style.

It was certainly crazy watching Kobe Bryant look defeated for the first time, especially after watching Kobe actually leave the court unable to play. Kobe has spoiled Lakers fans and frustrated all of his haters with his unmatched competitive drive and mental fortitude. You always expect Kobe to just shake off whatever he is going through to continue to be an undebatable top 5 player in the game his whole career (we think number one of course). No one else in the league plays an entire season with torn ligaments in their shooting wrist, and no one else continues to put up the same numbers like nothing happened.

But as his bumps and scrapes and limps continued to mount, more notably in this last game, I could not stop yelling at the TV to get bumbling Mike Dantoni to pull out Kobe and protect him from himself. It is both incredibly sad and honoring that we actually got to see someone literally leave it out on the floor. You rarely see it actually happen, and rarely in such spectacular fashion. I do not think any other player in the NBA right now would even come close to doing what Kobe just did this year. Kobe willed himself beyond his physical limit. And then he calmly walked over and knocked down his two free throws, before exiting on a completely torn achilles tendon. And less than 24 hours after that, Kobe is already getting prepared for next year…
True greatness is total sacrifice. Respect.
